Does anyone know any good carpet cleaners that actually work?!?
I had beige, almost white carpeting that I loved. I also entertained lots of people and only had 4 dining room chairs. I also had a wood buring fireplace and grandchidren. This house was in the country so there was the earth to walk on instead of sidewalks. This is only to show there were lots of ways to get stains and dirt on the carpeting. There was a tremendous amount of work to keep the carpeting stain free. My favorite stain remover was Resolve that came in powder form and the container came with a scrub brush. This was also good to removed dirt and stains from a large areas. Of course I was down on my knees a lot. I thought it was a miracle when I tried CLUB SODA on stains that refused to go away. Orange juice, meat grease stains came up an out with very little effort. Keeping a bottle of it stored for a stain day will give you lots of peace of mind. That stuff immediately brought the stain up from the botton of the carpeting. I rubbed theses stains away & they never came back li
