Asker you provided additional information. I now say go with Viira I. Their daily suites are between 1,250 – 1,500 Peso. If you obtain a place close to Greenbelt or Ayala expect to pay twice as much and the rooms will be much smaller or you will be paying between 2,000 to 3,500 daily I have allot of experience with your question because I have helped many people out over the past five years and because my wife and I invest condos in the Manila area.. Usually when you lease and apartment of condo the landlords usually required at least a 12 month commitment. Also it is a common practice for the landlords to request for rent payments in advance by way of post dated checks. and at least three months adance for security deposit and first months rent. Money talks! Other landlords may require the rent to be deposited into a designated bank account, Makati rent is expensive compared to elsewhere.The condos near Greenbelt are nice because it is next to the mall and more of a higher class area
