Next big variable, what are you dealing? Craps, table games, roulette, poker, etc. All of these people make different amounts of money. Another big thing is whether you’re keeping your own tips or working for a house that pools tips. On that note, what house you work at will have a varying clientele, which could be a huge difference as well. Next (and this is possibly the biggest one) is how much you put into it. Mostly this applies when keeping your own tips, but if you just stand there silently flipping cards, you won’t make a ton, but if you get involved, talk to every player, make people smile, make people laugh, they will WANT to tip you, and you’ll ultimately make more.
