Brown off some deced beef, through it into a big pot, add chopped carrots, onions, garlic , parcnips, pour in oxtail soup, leave to boil and then simmer, dont like dumplings so i have no idea about them, same recipe is also gorgues in a pip with puff pastry, yum, had it last night and again today
