Does anyone know a simple sausage hot pot recipe???
Ok, this is so easy that you won’t even need a recipe, I just made this last week. One 1 1/2 lbs. of Sausage, whatever you like One Green Pepper One Red Pepper One large can of Diced tomatoes with Juice one small can of Tomato paste (only use half) One large yellow Onion One package button mushrooms (optional) 2 cloves garlic italian seasonings (or fresh basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme) Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (just a pinch of two) Brown your sausages in a little olive oil and butter. Cook them until they half way cooked through. Then add your cut up onions, garlic and Italian Seasonings to the pan. Let the garlic and onions cook until they turn translucent, (clear white color) Then add your cut up peppers and mushrooms. Saute for about 4 minutes. Throw in your can of tomatoes and juice, let it come to a slow boil for about 15 minutes, then throw in half small can of your tomato paste! And that’s it! I seriously made this in about 1/2 hr, but I made a bigger batch so I could have
