Does anyone know a restaurant that makes Banana Foster in the Niagara Falls Canada region?
Well as I am a former chef, it would have to be a place that still does table side flambes, some of the higher end steak houses may still do it and the luxury restaurants at the 2 Casino operations. It is not hard to do it is just the person doing it has to know when to stop the sugar from cooking, adding the liqour and bananas and not over doing it and making a mess. I would call around and see, if they do things like steak diane or au poive at the table then the bananas and possibley even cherrys jubilee are a go.
