Does anyone know a recipe for turkish delight cheesecake?
What a delightful concept. This recipe sounds as if I could make. It certainly sparks my interest. Turkish cheesecake slice. Ingredients 250g pkt Arnott’s Choc Ripple biscuits 100g butter, melted 3 tsp gelatin powder in 2 tbs hot water 250g cream cheese 395g can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup thickened cream 4 x 55g Fry’s Turkish Delight bars, chopped grated dark chocolate, to sprinkle Method Line a 16cm x 26cm (base) slab pan with non-stick baking paper. Process 250g pkt Arnott’s Choc Ripple biscuits in a food processor until crumbs form. Add 100g butter, melted. Process until combined. Press into base of pan. Dissolve 3 tsp gelatin powder in 2 tbs hot water. Cool. Use an electric beater to beat 250g cream cheese, 395g can sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup thickened cream until smooth. Beat in gelatin mixture. Spread a thin layer of cheesecake mixture over the base. Scatter with 4 x 55g Fry’s Turkish Delight bars, chopped. Top with remaining cheesecake mixture. Sprinkle with grat
