Does anyone know a non-auction website I can buy old coins and currency?
It depends on what kind of coins you collect and how much you know about what you collect. Buying on line for the novice is not a good idea if it is a dealer sell site or an auction. Go lo some local coin dealers and see what they have to offer. There are no cheap deals when it comes to coins. You may pay a low price but will you every get your money back? I collect for the fun and the hunt more than anything else but keep in the back of my mind that someday I may want to sell some coins and want to be able to at least break even. Let me know what kind of coins you want and I will go through the weekly coin magazines and send you some web site addresses. I do not recommend any though.
