I’ve suffered from frequent migraines along with a stiff neck for 8 years. It sucks, I know. I’m prescribed fiorocet with codeine. They’re small capsules. It takes my migraines away pretty quickly and helps a bit with the neck pain. I’m prescribed muscle relaxers for my neck called Amrix that help a lot too.
