Does anyone know a good way to get to sleep?
My best advice: see a BOWEN therapist who will unblock the passages in your body that are having trouble relaxing to the point of deep sleep. To fall asleep, one must have a ‘release’ from the stress of the day, also the build up of lactic acid in the body from lack of exercise (or too much thereof) and the acidic results of a refined diet. If you need to fall asleep tonight, however, start with a relaxation exercise using your body and mind: start from the tips of your toes and move upwards watching each part of the body get more relaxed as it obeys your thoughts. Thirdly: confess your sins to someone if you have wronged them in any way. Jesus said, ‘do not allow the sun to go down on unconfessed sin.’ Nothing helps one sleep better than a clear conscience.
