Does anyone know a good recipe for baked macaroni and cheese?

Oh yeah! This isn’t going to look like your typical recipe…cause it’s mine and I’ve never written it down before. You’ll need a 13″ x 9″ pan, cook enough elbow macoroni to fill it to the top. (I usually use about 16-24ozs) Get all your grated cheeses together about a 1 or 2 lbs. (I like sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack) Cook your noodles, drain em, and then put them back into the pot you cooked them in. Pour about 1 to 2 cups of milk (or half n half)…it depends on how creamy you like it, into the pot. Add a few tablespoons of butter. Mix it all up. In a bowl, mix 1 egg and about half a cup of flour together…pour that into the pan and stir it all up. Then slowly add your cheese to the pot…mix, add more cheese, mix, etc. Until it’s all good and mixed up. Now…you can add spices to this if you want to. I usually add some fresh ground pepper and a couple teaspoons of garlic powder and then mix that in. Now take all of it, and slowly pour it into your pan and bake in the
