Does anyone know a good plan to help me lose 20 pounds in 2-3 months?
to lose 20 lbs in 2 months=10lbs in 1mo which= 2.5lbs per wk. If you lower your calories to 1000 per day(max u can eat), that alone will make u lose 1lb per wk but then you have still 1.5lbs left to lose per wk. And 1.5lbs of fat=5250calories. So in one wk u would have to exercise 5250 calories, which equals 750 calories u need to exercise per day (even weekends). This is like 1hr of exercise if you keep your heart rate on the machine above 135. However, you need to really stick to this plan. Try buying foods that show u how many calories are in it so you can do the math per day and only eat that. let me know if u have any questions. good luck!
you might not get the results you want in only 2-3 months, but if you continue this plan throughout your entire life, you will not only be at a healthy weight, but feel better as well! if you eat less and move more, you will lose weight. cut back a little on your portions and get some extra exercise throughout the day, and you will slowly start to lose weight. also, replace routinely unhealthy foods with healthier options. this doesn’t mean you should deprive yourself of treats every now and then: just keep it in moderation. weigh yourself when you start your plan, and then a month after the plan has been in action and you will notice that you have shed a few pounds.
