Does anyone know a good place to meet backpackers in the Philippines?
Mabuhay! Come join the CouchSurfing Project. We are a group of local and international professionals and travellers (mostly backpackers) who get together every so often here in Manila in search of travel buddies and people who just want to immerse in the local culture. This March I’m visiting Camiguin with my Canadian friend and he is just 24, definitely not an old expat. Also this coming February, a lot of European, American, British and Australian dudes who work as English teachers are having their Chinese New Year vacation/break here in the Philippines.
