I would suggest you to ask her to consult a doctor for advice as this is a very sensitive issue.Even if it can be done some where illegally I have the experience to say that they are not professionals nad may make a mess out of it.The person whom I know in India experienced a part abortion which ultimately came to the knowledge of everybody and her life was in danger.
