Does anyone know a game on ps3 with the old final fantasy battle system?
If you haven’t played Final Fantasy VII & VIII, get those from the PlayStation Store. They are ports of PS1 games, though, so they aren’t gonna be up-to-date or anything. Enchanted Arms is the only strictly turn-based game on the PS3 so far that I can think of, but it didn’t get great reviews–you can look it up and see what you think, though. Unfortunately there really aren’t many specifically turn-based RPGs on the PS3 right now, and the genre is sort of being shifted out for more complex battle systems. There are several other types of JRPGs that have either a new system or some variation of turn-based blended with real-time, the latter of which you may consider trying if you haven’t (Star Ocean: The Last Hope and Valkyria Chronicles are just two off the top of my head; check out a list of PS3 RPG reviews on IGN.com or another gaming site for more) Also, if you have a backwards compatible PS3 or just a PS2 laying around, there are tons of turn-based RPGs on the PS2 and PS1 if you’re
