Does anyone know a decent poem about dreams?
Well this is by me, so it might not meet your standards but… anyway. Dreams Dreams are where you can escape Where everything is perfect No nightmares are in sight In dreams there is everything you wish to believe You can control what you see Everything is endless, and is forever free. If only they lasted longer, they fade away so fast. They end like grains of sands falling down in an hourglass. When the morning comes and the dream is forever gone I try to grasp tight to what i beheld, but it only fades faster And the world starts again. Daydreams I am looking in to the distance. No one can be sure where. Because I’m looking out of this world. I am dreaming in a way. I am lost in my thoughts. I cannot say where I was. I don’t even know. Because all I have seen is what you already know. I stare, my eyes distanced. I shyly look away. I lose my thoughts, quickly. And I move on with my day. Just random ones of mine, but maybe i helped?
