Hey Nikki; I just discovered trulia today. My name is Peter and I’m an electrical contractor in Chicago. I have many years of experience and great ratings on yelp and angie’s list. I have been waiting for years to get into real estate investing/rehab for myself instead of somebody else. I too would like to know about any good (and HONEST) general contractors that do 203 loans. I heard that the program had been canceled due to too many people ripping it off.
