Does anyone here listen to John Frusciantes solo music?
Yes! His solo stuff is some of the most amazing stuff I have ever heard in my life. I have The “six in six” (The 6 albums he did in 6th months, and they completely blow me away…as well as shadows collide with people that album is the best produced album of the 2000s in my opinion. Most people don’t really like Niandra, but I think it’s raw and powerful and beautiful, it really shows what drugs can do to a person. My favorite stuff by him (right now at least…i go through phases) is A sphere in the heart of silence by him and Josh Klinghoffer. I’m a HUGE electronic fan and that’s one of my favorite electronic albums. Speaking of Klinghoffer…I love the music by him and John (and Joe Lally) in the group Ataxia.
