Does anyone help put up the steel panel hurricane shutters?
Residents have asked if the Board could provide a list of contractors willing to install storm panels in the event of a hurricane. The Management Company does not provide this service, nor does the Board accept responsibility for or provide the names of reliable or willing contractors. It is each Unit Owner’s responsibility to see that storm panels are installed. If you are willing to assist residents with this service, or know of someone willing to assist with this service, please email the webmaster with this information so that it can be made available to those who may need it. The Board has also been asked if it has pursued obtaining proposals for accordion shutter installations. As the result of recent hurricane seasons, shutter companies have no incentive to provide discounts.
