Does anyone have tips for doing a bar top or table top with bottle caps?
A friend of a friend is planning on doing what you are–pouring resin. I think putting a piece of glass, in a frame, over them would be a better alternative. You could hot-glue them into place, or use museum adhesive. That way you can unscrew the glass and change them if you wanted to. If all the caps aren’t all the same try to make a cool pattern, slogan, spell your name, whatever. I suggested to him that he leave empty coffee cans in a few local bars and they’ll fill them with caps for him in no time. Are you named Will? Maybe you are the friend of a friend I already know!
