i made this and it came out i think better 4 potatoes quartered then thickly sliced 1 onion chopped 1 can cream of celery soup 1 pkg birdsfarm italian sausage 1 bunch kale cleaned and chopped 1 cup heavy cream //1 cup milk cook the potatoes,onions,and kale in enough water to cover simmer till done you can use chicken broth as well very good either way , scramble the sausage and set aside when the potatoe mixture is done add the cream of celery soup the cream and the milk do not remove the water leave it in ,then add the sausage if its to thick add more milk and a bit more water salt to taste heat threw and simmer for about 5 min low heat adjust as you go sometimes water evaporates more this is sort of a watery soup not a thick soup so add as needed i made this after looking at the copy cat recipe its better i think
