Does anyone have the recipe for the House Smoked Chicken Salad from Whole Foods?
Ingredients 1 smoked chicken breast half cup sundried tomatoes 1 cup blanched almonds 250g feta cheese 2 cups mesclun salad mix half cup black kalamata olives 3-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper half cup parsley, chopped Method Thinly slice the smoked chicken breast. Slice sundried tomatoes in quarters. Dry-roast the almonds at 180°C, until starting to colour. Cool. Dice the cheese into cubes. In a large flat serving dish, layer all the salad ingredients. Combine the oil and vinegar. Drizzle over the salad and toss lightly. Season and sprinkle with parsley. I hope you like this recipe!!
