Does anyone have the recipe for homemade Pumpkin cookies w/ Chocolate chips?
Pumpkin Cookies 4 cups flour 2 quick cook oats 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups margarine or soften butter 2 cups firm packed brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 16 oz can pumpkin 1 cup chocolate chips, raisins or nuts makes 32 large cookies. 1st combine first 5 ingredients well with a whisk and set aside. In a separate bowl, cream margarine add sugar beating until light anf fluffy. add egg and vanilla and mix well, alternate adding flour mixture and pumpkin. Stir in chocolate chips, nut or raisins. 1/4 cup scoops onto lightly greased cookie sheet. 350 degree oven for 20-25min until golden brown. Cool on rack.
