I don’t have one from the Cheesecake Factory – but here are a few of the ones I do have: STRAWBERRY LEMONADE SERVES 6 2 c. water 1 c. sugar 1 T. grated lemon peel 1 c. fresh lemon juice 1 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved 2 c. sparkling water or club soda Crushed ice Mint sprigs (optional) Combine water and sugar in saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and stir to dissolve sugar. Add lemon peel and juice, and stir to blend. Remove from heat and cool completely. Strain into pitcher or plastic bottle. Puree strawberries in processor or blender. Add to mixture. Cover securely and pack in ice chest. When ready to serve, fill glasses with crushed ice, pour in lemonade and add a splash or two of club soda. Garnish with mint sprigs if you wish. STRAWBERRY-LEMONADE SLUSHIE SERVES 2 – 4 2/3 c. sugar 2/3 c. fresh lemon juice 1 pt. fresh strawberries 3 c. ice cubes Blend on high speed until smooth. Garnish with strawberries.
