I’m with talktalk and I could write a book ( in fact I have all my complaints written down ) about all my complaints regarding getting it set up and the non existence of their customer service. I even wrote a poem about my problems and sent it personally to the head man, Charles Dunstone, but it was ignored so I sent a second one and it was also ignored.
