Does anyone have metrics/best practices for Trust Officers/Relationship Managers in banks?
I am seeking information on industry standards or best practices relative to Trust Officers/Relationship Managers for the following: # of clients on average Assets under Management in book of business Best practices assets and # of clients – when is it good to begin to purge/reassign clients Compensation based on size of book, experience, production levels, goals, etc. – base compensation and incentives (listed separately if possible) Thanks so much for your help.
