Does anyone have information they can share about company recycling programs?

This was selected as Best Answer Lisa, As you probably know, the recycling market depends very much on your product as well as your specific location. Corrugated paper, wood pallets or metal scrap sell differently in Chicago than they do in Dallas. The demand for everything else, from plastic and ethylene glycol to used oil and cooking grease also varies depending on the specific product, volume and your location. Your best best would be to contact some local dealers for your paper and plastic to see what they could offer. However, though those markets vary month-to-month, neither of them are particularly high value at this point so don’t expect too much revenue. This type of program, however, can have multiple additional benefits, such as improving your ee morale (and retention) as well as, more broadly, your corporate image. By making your company more sustainable, you’re giving your associates another reason to brag that you are doing more. Good luck!
