Does anyone have good Wide Receiver workouts?
Work on your foot speed. Run up hill to improve your power and run down hill to increase your stride. Run stadium steps to improve your leaping ability and power. Work on your endurance also, so you can run hard on every play. Catch a lot of footballs. Have anyone who has a decent arm throw you passes while running a variety of pass routes – 10 to 15 yard down and outs, flags, posts, curls, slants, you name it. Find another player on your team who plays CB or S. Have them cover you, bump and run. As far as working with weights, do exercises to increase you arm, fore arm and hand strength, so you can hang on to the ball when tackled. You don’t have to be a muscle-man, just strong enough to hang on to the ball. Listen to coaches or anyone else who knows good blocking technique. Get used to being a good blocker. Coaches love it when a WR makes a good effort at blocking on running plays. Watch really good receivers like Hines Ward or others that you like, see what they do and try to figure
