This is a great one I just played. (not sure what the cotton ball game is but anyway) What you do is start with a list of questions that you ask the groom, like where did he go to elementary school, what was his first pet and what was it’s name, what was his birth weight – exactly, if he could be a super hero who would he be, if he could travel anywhere in the world where would it be, what is his favorite dish that his fiance cooks for him, how many kids would he like to have ect. Then at the shower you ask these questions to the bride followed by the tape recording of the groom’s answers. If the bride gets the question wrong she has to put a big marshmallow in her mouth and then and continue to the next question. It’s really funny.

I have only played one game at a bridal shower and that was when everyone arrived they got a close pin. The rules are simple you are not allowed to cross any part of your body ex: can’t cross your legs, or arms. The person who catches you crossing your body part gets to take your close pin. The one who has the most at the end wins the prize. It sounded kind of stupid when we heard about it but we all got into it because it is hard for women to not cross their legs.

They will lead you to the winner, perhaps it will be you. Roses are red, violets are blue. Now please pass this gift to the person who is just left of you. (Bride’s Name) and (Groom’s name) are counting down to their special day. We’re all excited for them, it’s not really that far away. Now pass this gift on to the person with the most recent birthday. The bride is still preparing, for there are still things left to do. Now please pass this gift to the lady with the eyes of brightest blue. But if there are no blue eyes to be completely fair you must give this gift to the person who has the longest hair. We hope you all are having fun with the rhymes in every verse. Now please pass this gift on to the person who has the s
