Does anyone have experience with using a scorecard to measure staffing vendors performance?
Hi Justin – I have not used a scorecard specifically for recruitment vendors but we have created scorecards for client to measure various factors in their business (employee performance, productivity, employee satisfaction, to rate training content and presenters, etc) We have also been the recipients for scorecard systems with the procurement depts of some of our large clilents such as Intel.
