I have hypertension too. I use Benicar and I felt no side effect so far. Nevertheless, some of my friends had experienced some mild side effects while taking Benicar. It may cause dizziness. I also would like to warn you that if you are pregnant you shouldn’t take Benicar. If it is used in pregnancy it can cause serious injury and even death to the fetus. So, be careful! Good luck!
