Does anyone have experience or expertise in deploying a quality management system from a business process model?
I’ve created a business process model ( BPMN – VisualParadigm in my case ) and want to use it as a quality management system. It should provide better value than our current series of word-documents. Since my audience ( both R&D teams and QA-staff ) may be overwhelmed by the BPMN and the very different look&feel of it, I’d welcome any advise and experience.
