Does anyone have experience developing/deploying Maximo (a computerized maintenance management system/CMMS)?
This was selected as Best Answer Yes. I’ve been the local SME for Maximo in North America in my last company and worked with another gent here to implement it strategically. It was chosen over the SAP module for functionality, ease of use and, looking foward, for mobile deployment. Adding logisticians to the team will definitely help. You should also consider Supply Management / Supply Chain Management / Procurement as well as Finance to this team, especially as it interfaces with the Finance and Supply Chain processes.
