Does anyone have any unique wedding ideas?
I had a few things that the family is still raving about: A harpist that played during cocktail hour and dinner I also got the wedding photos from both sides of our familes from grandparents to siblings, scanned them to the computer. Then we were able to touch up and print them the size we wanted and had them framed and scattered on our cake table. Partly because both my parents were deceased as well as most of our grandparents and this was a way to honor all of the love in our families I made place cards for everyone, but since I don’t like assigned seating they were to be used as a ‘save a seat’. I can remember going to weddings and all the ladies purses were spread all over a table to save seats or chairs tilted. Then each place setting had pens inscribed with our names and date in our colors. After dinner everyone was asked to take the place cards and pens and write us a note on the inside, then place the cards in a footed crystal vase I had in the lobby. This also took the place o
