Well, try using methods that will help you remember the answers. – use as much French in everyday conversation as you can (especially when talking with your French class mates) – label all your everyday items with the French word for them – put English words/phrases and their French equivalents up on large bits of paper in your room and on the back of the toilet door – watch the French news/ whatever French-speaking programs you have available to you, and try to use the few words you know to work out what the story is about (visual clues will help too). If you’re using the written words, then remember to keep saying them to improve your pronounciation.
