Tara, It may be helpful to clarify for us what you mean by “diversity centered”. BBI questions are intended to find examples of the extent to which a candidate has demonstrated the qualities necessary for success in a given role. For example, to get at the coaching abilities of a candidate for a manager role, one might ask, “Tell me about a time when you had a team member not performing to expectations. Walk me thorugh the steps you took to resolve that situation.” Tell us more about what qualities you’re trying to evaluate, and what “diversity centered” means in the context you’re presenting.
