Does anyone have any sugestions for cooking lowfat high protein recipes for one?
I buy whole salmon fillets and cut them into single serving portions. I freeze them on a cookie sheet and then bag them when frozen. For one (I’m alone a lot) I thaw one piece and cook any way I want. Two of my favorites are: season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay or dill. Put in the microwave for 2 minutes on high. OR cook on the grill. Perfect every time. Side dish idea: Saute garlic in a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil and add fresh spinach. Cook until wilted to your likeness. Add a squeeze of lemon. This is healthy, quick, and yummy.
