Does anyone have any recommendations on best service software, training, CRM packages, etc?

We currently use SYSPRO for our ERP, and use their CRM package. But, there is minimal service training in-house, and what is here is completely focused around our systems rather than the basics of spares management, customer interfaces, data tracking and organization, and so on. Any help would be appreciated.
