Does anyone have any ideas to cure insomnia?
There are 2 routes you can go. First there are medications such as Unisom and tylenol PM (they even have it without the pain reliever). You can even take benedryl. If you want to take the natural rout valerian root is good for making you a little drowsy. They have teas, especially “sleepy time” tea. Insomnia is caused mainly by stress. If you find yourself lying down with random thoughts going through your head, you are more than likely worried or stressed. Lavender and chamomile work well to relieve stress. Try some relaxation techniques before you go to bed. I would start with the naturals first and if that isn’t enough try the over the counters. If those products don’t seem to get you sleeping you can visit your doctor and get a prescription for ambien. That works wonders but there are warnings such as sleepwalking. I hope this helps.
