Does anyone have any good tips to ease morning sickness?
I have been having the same problem. I’ve only vomited once but have been having nausea every day. It’s awful and makes going out of the house stressful for me! Things that have worked for me include: – I ask my boyfriend to bring me a piece of toast in bed and eat it before I get up. This helps a lot. – When I go out I bring hard candies (like Jolly Ranchers) in my purse and suck on them constantly. This has really helped me feel normal on days I have to be out and about. – eating really bland foods. I have been sticking to whole grain breads, rice, noodles with tomato sauce, and other foods that don’t have much flavour. I’m feeling liek I’m not getting enough protein, but right now my body is only taking the most bland of foods Good luck…I’m 9 weeks and desperate for this phase to END!
