Does anyone have any good/simple breakfast recipes?
Sausage balls – just sausage, biscuit mix, and cheese. Mix, roll and bake. It’s the easiest thing in the world, and surprisingly good. Baked French toast casserole – make it tonight, stick it in the oven tomorrow. Serve it with a spoon. Hash brown casserole. It has a base of shredded potatoes, topped with ham, cheese and eggs. We like to add onions (saute them first), broccoli, green or red peppers, and whatever other veggies or breakfast meats we have on hand. Mini croissant chicken salad sandwiches. It’s amazing what the addition of a “fancy” croissant can do for chicken salad. Cut them in half if they’re too large. Someone mentioned a fruit salad – I don’t want to steal their idea, but here’s a great, easy, FAST version. Drain and mix a can of pineapple tidbits, clementines or mandarin oranges, and sliced peaches (cut them into smaller pieces first). Add 1 small container of vanilla yogurt and a tablespoon or two of instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until it thickens slightly. If yo
