I am not sure if you are looking for a potato casserole or a baked potato, so I am giving you recipes for both! Potato Bake- scalloped potatoes Ingredients: * 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced * 2 medium sweet onion, halved, thinly sliced * dried parsley flakes * herb seasoning blend * salt and pepper * 2 tablespoons butter, melted * 1/2 cup heavy cream Preparation: In an 8-inch baking dish, layer the potato slices and onions, sprinkling parsley, herb blend, and salt and pepper between the layers.
