Does anyone have any good plot ideas for a book?
All good fictional stories are a combination of good vs evil and someone meets special someone – see Shakespeare, Bible, LOR, H. Potter etc. So that’s your starting point. Where the originality comes in is your characters and where you place them. The more hopeless the position the better – they will manage in the end, somehow. Please, please, please do not go near vampires or werewolves – very not original at present. Cloning of humans opens some interesting possibilities. Could someone find a bone of an ancient do-gooder or do-badder (Jesus, Gngis Khan, Stalin – use your imagination) and clone that person, treat him the way the original version was treated in childhood and try to recreate history. Of course, it all goes wrong when Hero discovers plot and with help from Heroine, saves the day.
