For inspiration you might want to try going to www.cakecentral.com (I’m a member so I don’t know if you can view pictures without creating a free membership name) but there are many sand castle cakes (once you get there, go to galleries: search sand castle. Sounds like a beautiful idea for a beach wedding cake!

Nordicware makes a castle bundt cake pan… Although it’s meant to be decorated as a regular castle, there’s no reason you can’t do it sand-colored:) … You could use it as the top layer on a layered big rectangle cake…. then do “water” around it on the rectangle cake…..
