We’ve been through no wheat, no sugar, no eggs, and no dairy… so we have a stash of recipes. I’ve included the pancake one we used below, and there are a ton more great ovos-free recipes at http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes/pancakes-waffles,egg-free Fruity Oatmeal Pancakes (Eggless & Dairy Free) 1 cup oat flour 2/3 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 tablespoon sugar 1 cup rice milk 3/4 cup pulp free orange juice 1 banana, mashed 10 strawberries, mashed 1/2 pint blueberries 1. If you can’t find oatmeal flour, you can make your own by grinding up Quaker Oatmeal in your blender until it is a fine powder. 2. Don’t have oatmeal either, you can use white flour as a substitute. 3. Mix first 5 dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. 4. Mash your banana and strawberries together in a seperate bowl. 5. Add whole blueberries, milk and OJ to the banana mix and stir
