3-4 avocados 1 lg tomato 1 med onion 1 bunch cilantro de-stemmed 1 1/2 tablesp. chopped garlic 1/4 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt/pepper 1 Jalapeno (if you like it hot or 2 for super) 1/2 lb. bacon cooked and crumbled 1 Tbl.spoon Bacon grease 1/4 cup mayo Combine all in a bowl save the avo pits to place back in the Guacamole when done they will keep it from turning brown. Its really important to add the bacon and the Tablespoon of bacon grease for the The Best Guacamole Ever. i live in San Diego,CA and the Mexicans cant get enough of this stuff I made this for the state fair in 1998 and won 1st prize enjoy!
