Does anyone have any conception tips?
The best thing you can do is determine when you’re fertile period is. It is typically the 5 days leading up to ovulation, ovulation and the day after. Have sex every other day from the last day of your period until the day you are due for your next, have sex every day during your fertile period. Do not use a lubricant unless it is preseed (which is conception friendly). Eat healthy, take your prenatals, folic acid and a b6 supplement. Lots of luck and baby dust!
