Does anyone have an unusual or special train trip?

I have someone who’s been everywhere, done everything, but wants to go on a train trip. He mentioned a train from New Hampshire to Montreal, but that’s not ringing any bells. He also mentioned a train trip out of Salt Lake City, because he has a son there. If anyone has something, I’d love to hear about it. It’s just one person, but I’d like to help him. Thanks!
