Does anyone have an easy vegetable samosa recipe?
Ingredients: 1 large potato 2 medium carrots 1 onion 4 garlic cloves 1 squash or zucchini 1 cup frozen peas 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or ghee 1 sheet of pastry 1 tablespoon of hot curry powder 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 cup water 1 bottle of wine First, open the wine, pour and sip. Next, peel the potato and carrots and dice into small cubes. Dice the onion and garlic. Dice the squash. Put the skillet over a low heat, add the oil.
