Does anyone have a yummy recipie for lemon raspberry cheesecake bars?
Ingredients 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon salt 3 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided 3 large eggs 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup light sour cream 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese Cooking spray 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries Preparation Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour and salt, stirring with a whisk.
